Cancellation Policy for Workshops and Tours

If you cancel 120 days before the start of the workshop, the workshop tuition will be refunded to you.
If you cancel with less than 120 days notice, a refund will be issued only if your spot is filled.
All cancellations incur a $200 processing fee if the workshop/tour fee can be refunded.

Some longer workshops/tours may have a different cancellation policy based on location. The cancellation policy is always sent as part of the workshop/tour package.

Cancellation Policy for Field Sessions

If you cancel 60 days before the start of the class, the tuition will be refunded to you. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice, a refund will be issued only if your spot is filled.
