Who leads your workshops/tours?Our workshops and tours are led by experienced professionals who are passionate about photography and nature. The lead instructor, Nikhil Bahl, is a professional nature photographer with extensive knowledge and expertise in the field. He sometimes partners with local guides who bring a wealth of experience for that specific location, ensuring that participants receive top-notch guidance and photographic instruction throughout their photographic journey.
-
What is the group size?We specialize in small group workshops and tours, with groups typically ranging from 4 to 8 participants. This allows for more personalized attention, greater flexibility, better access to locations, minimal disturbance to wildlife, and fosters a stronger sense of camaraderie and community.

What if we encounter bad weather? We are typically prepared to venture out into almost any weather condition as it often presents unique photographic opportunities. However, in the event of pouring rain or unsafe driving conditions, we may need to remain indoors. During this time, we may use the opportunity to rest or conduct an image review session. Please note that refunds cannot be issued based on less-than-ideal conditions such as rainy weather, missed sunrise/sunset, or subpar wildlife viewing opportunities. While we cannot control nature, we are committed to making the best of the conditions and opportunities presented to us. After all, adapting to and embracing the elements is an integral part of nature photography!

What is the difference between a photography workshop and a photography tour? Each workshop and tour is customized to the specific locations and subjects we'll be photographing. For detailed information, we recommend reviewing the listing. Typically, a photography workshop offers a more structured learning environment, including classroom sessions that feature lectures and image reviews. However, the primary focus remains on learning photography in the field. Our photography tours may include more flexible or informal classroom time for image reviews. The priority is maximizing our time in the field, particularly evident in the international tours.
